Shipping policy

All earrings are custom-made and handcrafted by me. In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I personally make each pair of earrings in my spare time.  My official expected turnaround time is 2 weeks, but typically I get orders out within 5-7 business days--or faster if I can!  My goal is to get your new favorite earrings into your hands as quickly as possible.   If you need them for a special event or even for a special gift, please email me at designsat890@gmail.com, and I will do my best to accommodate your request.  

Please understand that if you pay via PayPal, I am required to mail the product to the address listed in PayPal. Please double-check your address in your PayPal account prior to placing your order. 

If your package is lost in transit, I will issue you a refund once there has been NO MOVEMENT in 30 days according to the USPS tracking information.  Refunds will not be issued for packages that USPS has marked as delivered.
